WISE & Healthy Aging promotes the well-being, independence and self-esteem of the elderly through the provision of innovative support services.  The Center is a private, community-based social service and healthy care agency that provides mental health, health education, and physical health services to older adults and their caregiver.  In-home and Spanish speaking services are available.
